POSITION TITLE: Data and Assessment Assistant, Full Time 12-Month
DEPARTMENT: Secretarial / Clerical
REPORTS TO: Teaching and Learning
JOB SUMMARY: The job of the Data and Assessment Assistant is to support Teaching and Learning in the effective and efficient functioning of areas related to assessment and data reporting.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a professional office setting in a similar role
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience directly related to essential job functions listed below
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Plan and coordinate all levels of standardized testing
- Manage and maintain databases and district assessment software systems

Support teachers and staff in their use of databases and district assessment software systems

Provide technical assistance and testing support with all school-wide assessments

Collect, maintain, and prepare various assessment data records and reports
- Coordinate and present testing data in required formats, as needed

Ensuring testing security and legal compliance

Maintain confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Other knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Work Environment:
- Typical office environment with usual office machines. Lifting of office supplies and other items on occasion (up to 25 lbs unassisted)
- Required to consistently demonstrate adherence to all types of security requirements and accepted practices
