Qualifications:
Master’s degree required.  Must possess at all times during employment a valid Nebraska Teaching certificate with appropriate endorsements as required by NDE Rule 10.
 
Position description:

The main focus of this position is to provide support for classroom teachers as they strive to implement effective instructional practices. The instructional coach will provide individual and group professional development that will expand and refine teachers' understanding of research-based effective practices and improve teachers' instruction, ultimately increasing student achievement. Implementation of curricula assessments, and district initiatives, as well as assistance with the Lighthouse Educator Academy and supporting instructional routines at the elementary level. This is a district position to be housed at Westbrook Elementary.
